Who we are

RethinkADHD is a community initiative being developed in Nottinghamshire to provide free, accessible ADHD support. We are currently in our development phase.

What information we collect

When you complete our interest and needs form, we collect:

Your email address
The first part of your postcode
Your responses to questions about your diagnostic position, age range, gender identity, and support needs
Any information you choose to share in the optional free text box

We do not collect your name, full address, financial information, or any other personal identifiers.

Why we collect it

We collect this information to:

Keep you updated about RethinkADHD as the project develops
Understand the needs of people in Nottinghamshire who may benefit from our service
Help us design support that genuinely reflects what people need
Demonstrate community need when applying for funding to develop the service

How we use your information

Your email address will only be used to send you updates about RethinkADHD. We will never use it for marketing, and we will never pass it to any third party.

Your other responses are used in aggregate only — meaning we look at the overall picture across all responses, not at individuals. No personal responses will ever be shared or published in an identifiable way.

How we store your information

Your responses are stored securely in Microsoft Forms, which is managed through a password-protected Microsoft account. Access is restricted to the RethinkADHD project lead.

How long we keep your information

We will hold your data for as long as the RethinkADHD project is active, or until you ask us to remove it. If the project does not proceed, all data will be deleted within 30 days of that decision being made.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

Access the information we hold about you
Ask us to correct any inaccurate information
Ask us to delete your information at any time
Withdraw your consent to receive updates at any time
